 Qualification Details:

Applications are invited for the following post in Computer Science and Engineering Department Office in the project no. IITK/CS/9222.


1. Name of Post: Deputy Project Manager


2. Duration of Appointment: 1 Year (extendable based on the performance).


3. No. of Positions: One


4. Remuneration Range: 19200-1600-48000 p.m.


5. Minimum Qualification: (CA / ICWA / CS) OR Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.Com./M.Sc./MA) +5 years of relevant experience OR Graduate (B.Sc./BA/B.Com./BBA/BCA) +8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.


6. Desirable: Knowledge of Office Procedures and knowledge of computer i.e. MS Office/ Excel/ Power Point etc. Person should have at least five years' experience of handling office works, accounts, record maintenance, noting, drafting, processing of bills, co-ordination with other offices, logistics arrangements etc. in a Govt. organization or in educational institute of National/International repute.


7. Job Profile:

1. To handle day to day activities of office.

2. To prepare and maintain student's record, fellowship and bills

3. To do logistics arrangements.

4. To prepare letters, note and drafts and to co-ordinate with other offices.


8. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
